Education & Training for Horse and Rider TW EQUESTRIAN

Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has put up with my recent down in the dumps episode! I would like to also point out that sadly this pic is from 2012!!

After convincing myself not so long ago that I could happily convert to dressage diva and leave my Eventing boots happily hung up... I soon realised this was because it was out of season and everyone else was also just doing dressage, as the season crept closer and the pics/posts began to go online of fellow riders xc schooling and putting in entries I began to feel it....

I also noticed Ali had began to feel a bit flat, he has never been the easiest horse to hack on the road so we are somewhat limited after being told he should not continue to event at the level he was at.

I can not afford another horse so i have had to get a creative with how i can keep my hand in until the time comes that i can purchase a new team member!!

I made the decision to kick myself up the bum and start making plans, I have decided that after watching Ali happily hop and skip around the field I honestly can't see the harm with popping the odd small fence, I have also booked in my first cross country clinic... not riding but teaching!! I thought why not try and share some of what i have picked up along the way....

So I think I may make 2014 the year of the 1sts.... and not the rossette kind!!!
